Keely started her career as an installer, fitting and supplying uPVC fascia, soffit, and guttering for Wessex Roofline in Aldershot. From there, Keely moved into managerial and sales roles within Omnico Plastics, SIG Roofline, and GAP – managing a total of six trade counters and 4 sales areas during her time. Keely brings a practical, hands-on understanding of how effective operations underpin both customer experience and business performance. Her background has enabled her to develop a strong awareness of the importance of clear processes, team structure, and consistent service.
