Yes we do! Opening a trade account will unlock trade discounts across our great range of products. You will also be able to check out more quickly, save multiple shipping addresses, and track your orders.
We also offer various payment options for our trade account customers. You can pay by card online through our secure payment portal or, if you prefer, you can pay over the phone by calling 0345 021 3333. With a trade account you can also open a monthly credit account. We can sell directly to homeowners. We would recommend, however, working with a builder when completing large home renovation projects. We are happy to help you get in contact with a trusted builder in your local area.
We have three trade counters in Sussex you can visit for same day collection.
Our trade counters are open 7am-4:30 Monday to Friday. We are closed at the weekends.
At our trade counters you can get onsite support, advice on the right products for your project, and help with scheduling to ensure everything runs smoothly. We maintain a large stock holding at all three of our trade counters to ensure you can get the products you need quickly. This includes cladding, fascias and soffits, rooflights, composite decking, and guttering.
We pride ourselves on offering a reliable delivery service directly to site in the South East. Orders placed before 3pm will be delivered to site the next working day.
Please click here to see the map of our local delivery area. Sites in our local delivery area will have deliveries completed by an Edge van. We can deliver 5m lengths to site in our vans.
Outside of this local area, we use national couriers to safely deliver items to your site.
Please note that due to the fragile nature of 5m fascia and soffits and aluminium trims we cannot guarantee this product will be delivered without issue by an nationwide courier. We therefore prefer to cut to product in half and package individually to protect the finish when using a courier. We are not able to accept liability for damage caused by a third-party courier.
Yes, any of our standard white trims, fascias, soffits, cladding and accessories can be sprayed to any RAL or BS. Any of our white woodgrain foiled products (textured) can also be sprayed to any RAL or BS colour. The lead time for sprayed products is normally within 1 – 2 weeks of the confirmed order.

Our Bespoke department is here to look after all of your glazing needs. Our team can supply to you made-to-measure windows, doors, composite doors, bifolds, sliding doors, and rooflights in either a PVC or aluminium finish. We work with brands such as Origin, Smarts, Residence, and Liniar to provide you with quality glazing products which are easy to install. Our Bespoke team can also help you with all your window and door hardware requirements too, keeping your project stylish and secure.
We can also spray any of your white plastic trims to any RAL or BS colour, meaning your project can achieve a sleek and seamless look with all the roofline and trim products matching. We also supply touch-up pens and RAL colour spray cans for smaller tasks and repairs.
