A word on sustainability
Cellular PVC is built for exposed conditions on clad facades rooflines, notably as these areas are challenging and expensive to gain access to and maintain. Swish cellular PVC requires no maintenance; it will last the lifetime of the building and can be fully recycled at the end of its 60+ year service life.
This low lifetime cost may free up maintenance budgets for the purchase of other CO2 reduction materials such as loft insulation.
At the end of their working life, Swish products can be easily removed and recycled.
Swish Fascias, Soffits and Bargeboards
Swish Jumbo™ boards are hardy, supportive profiles. These boards are positioned right onto the rafter foot and fully support the load of eaves tiles and rainwater systems. There is a wide range of sizes, ensuring that all specification requirements are met. Soffit boards are available as vented and unvented flat boards and interlocking cladding profiles – fluted boards (these are unvented) are also readily available.

Guttering systems and drainage
Swish Rainwater Systems are ideal for those who wish to specify quality products that have a reduced carbon footprint. They are unique in the UK in that they contain a high proportion of recycled PVC. Swish writes; ‘approximately 84% by weight of gutters and pipes is composed of recycled material that is derived from old PVC windows and gutter systems that have been removed from buildings when being refurbished or demolished’.
The production of PVC elements from recycled material requires a fraction of the energy required to manufacture ‘pure’ PVC, so 70% saving in CO2 output is made during the production of Swish gutter and pipe profiles when compared to manufacturing of 100% virgin material. Internal wall cladding
The Marbrex range of waterproof panel designs suits a wide range of interior styles, whether you are a fan of traditional or contemporary. Whichever style you go for, you can be sure that it will transform the space.

- Suitable for use in rooms that reach up to 60°C
- Fix to a clean flat wall, ceiling or over existing tiles with a solvent-free/moisture cure adhesive or neutral cure silicon
- Can be fitted behind radiators, hot water pipes, gas and electric hobs (if protected by a piece of heat resistant glass)
- Fix to damp or damaged walls (fit 38mm x 19mm battens horizontally at 600mm centres; the breathable membrane is also advised)
Cellular PVC cladding can significantly improve the thermal properties of a building and provides an excellent low maintenance alternative to timber. The Swish cladding system offers excellent ‘colourfastness’ and a wide range of designs.
Cladding profiles are often used on the cheeks and apex of dormer windows, as a long-life, low maintenance alternative for timber cladding and as a ceiling soffit for large open porches. The Foiled range is compatible with most window and conservatory profile colours, with colour-matched trims and joints.
Profiles, like the one pictured below, add traditional charm to any property. They combine the high performance and low maintenance qualities of PVC, in a style trend that is here to stay. Swish decorative roofline products are ideal for both new build and refurbishment projects.
