Let’s kick off the new year with a fantastic roofing transformation! The team at Allbright Ltd have been busy replacing and modernising a customer’s home near the coast.
Completing the project.
The customer was unfortunately experiencing multiple leaks in their roof. So Allbright Ltd set to work to completely transform the security and look of this roofline.
Firstly, they removed the old, leaky roof and installed fresh timber rafters along with a new breathable membrane. They also installed a dry ridge system, all-new lead work and replaced the old tiles with new smooth grey tiles. To enhance the project and give their customers a sleek updated look, they paired the tiles with new Black Ash fascia boards and soffits, and black gutters. Finally, to complete the project, they installed James Hardie cladding on the front dormer and painted the chimneys and chimney caps.
We are proud to have supplied the fascias, soffits, and gutters for this project. Here at Edge, we maintain high stocks of all our roofline PVC. Black guttering is proving to be very popular this season, and it’s great to see it in action, especially when paired with a fresh grey tile.
