Deliveries to addresses within the amber area on the map above will be carried out via our own vehicles or via carrier networks depending on delivery routes and goods ordered. Goods will normally be despatched within 5 working days of receipt of order and payment (for non account customers).

Important notes regarding deliveries
Please note that we normally despatch orders 1 or 2 days after receiving order, stock allowing. If a product is marked as "stocked" then this indicates that we normally carry this item in stock, however it doesn't guarantee that your order is in stock. If you require an estimated delivery date for your order based on current stocks please contact the sales team: 0845 021 3333. 2 - 3 day refers to working days and excludes weekends and bank holidays. All carriage charges are excluding VAT at the pre-vailing rate. Please do not arrange for labour until you have received delivery of the goods as no claims for wasted labour due or any other consequential loss will be accepted. Please note that certain areas of Scotland and offshore areas may incur a delivery surcharge. Should a surcharge apply, we will contact you before despatching your order and you will be given an option for a full refund should you not wish to proceed. We reserve the right to send your goods by an alternative delivery method to the one chosen at the discretion of our despatch department. We will not charge you more for delivery via a different method should this be necessary.
We can only accept returns which have been agreed with the sales team before returning to us. We reserve the right to refuse refund on goods which are not in a re-saleable condition or to levy a re-stocking charge at our discretion. Orders for product that has been cut down before despatch at your request and bespoke / special order items cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
