Delivery & Returns

COVID-19 REPONSE: We are committed to playing our part in supporting the our customers and staff at theis difficult time. In order to reduce the chane of infection we have had to take the decision to close our trade counters and all collections will be put on hold until further notice.

We are aware that a number of our customers are working on essential contracts for which they need supply. From tomorrow (26th March) we will be operating a limited delivery service out of our Horsham branch.

You can place orders online for delivery in our green zone (see map below), we will contact you to confirm delivery date before despatch.

 When delivering we will maintain the necessary 2m social distancing in line with government guidance. Signing for your delivery will be carried out by the driver on your behalf. Please do not visit our depots as all collections are on hold.

Deliveries in the Green Area

Deliveries to addresses within the green area on the map above will normally be carried out via our own fleet of delivery vehicles. Goods will normally be despatched within 3 working days of receipt of order and payment (for non account customers).  Please note that we are not open on bank holidays or at weekends.

Free carriage on orders over £100 exc VAT
£9 carriage for orders under £100 exc VAT

Deliveries in the Amber Area

Deliveries to addresses within the amber area on the map above will be carried out via our own vehicles or via carrier networks depending on delivery routes and goods ordered. Goods will normally be despatched within 5 working days of receipt of order and payment (for non account customers).  Please note that we are not open on bank holidays or at weekends, orders placed before 11am (or 10am for Paypal orders) will be despatched same day.  

Free carriage on orders over £200 exc VAT
£12 carriage for orders under 3m and under £200 exc VAT
£20 carriage for orders over 3m and under £200 exc VAT

Nationwide Delivery

For deliveries outside the areas above we deliver goods via carrier networks as shown below, orders placed before 11am (or 10am for Paypal orders) will be despatched same day.  

Orders for goods under 3m long: (excludes sheets wider than 1.2m)

2 - 3 day service - £12  

Orders for goods between 3 & 6m long: (excludes sheets wider than 1.2m)

2 - 3 day service - £20 (NB we don't recommend using this option if you are ordering less than 5 lengths of 5m items as they are more likely to get damaged. If at all possible please use the option to cut items over 5m in half when ordering less than 5no 5m items.)  

Collections

You can order online to collect from any of our branches, goods are normally ready for collection 1 hour after placing the order if in stock (2 hours for Paypal orders). Please call us before making any journey if you haven't heard from us to confirm that all goods are in stock at your chosen depot.  Please note that we are not open on bank holidays or at weekends.

International Delivery

We can despatch goods to most international destinations, please contact the sales team to obtain a carriage cost for your destination.

Important notes regarding deliveries
Please note that we endeavour to despatch orders within 1 or 2 working days for orders placed before 11am (10am for Paypal orders), stock allowing. If a product is marked as "stocked" then this indicates that we normally carry this item in stock, however it doesn't guarantee that your order is in stock. If you require an estimated delivery date for your order based on current stocks please contact the sales team: 0345 021 3333. 3 - 5 day refers to working days and excludes weekends and bank holidays. All carriage charges are excluding VAT at the pre-vailing rate. Please do not arrange for labour until you have received delivery of the goods as no claims for wasted labour due or any other consequential loss will be accepted. Please note that certain areas of Scotland and offshore areas may incur a delivery surcharge. Should a surcharge apply, we will contact you before despatching your order and you will be given an option for a full refund should you not wish to proceed. We reserve the right to send your goods by an alternative delivery method to the one chosen at the discretion of our despatch department. We will not charge you more for delivery via a different method should this be necessary.

 

Returns Policy

We can only accept returns which have been agreed with the sales team before returning to us. We reserve the right to refuse refund on goods which are not in a re-saleable condition or to levy a re-stocking charge at our discretion. Orders for product that has been cut down before despatch at your request and bespoke / special order items cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
