New Customer Rewards
Spend incentive applicable to new customers only, who spend over £300 on their first order with Edge Building Products.
When a new customer spends over £300 (ex VAT) they will receive a free laser measure (brand may vary).
Only applicable to new trade customers who have opened a trade account.
No cash alternative available. Rewards are non transferrable and not for resale.
Rewards will be handed out by relevant sales rep. If this cannot be done, reward will be delivered by post to a specified address.
Total order value cannot be split across multiple orders.
One reward per customer.
Annual Rewards
Edge Annual Rewards live period is 1st January 2023 – 31st December 2023.
Customers who spend between £5,000 – £9,999 (ex VAT, excl carriage) during the live period will be eligible for one reward from our Bronze tier.
Customers who spend between £10,000 – £19,999 (ex VAT, excl carriage) during the live period will be eligible for one reward from our Silver tier.
Customers who spend £20,000 (ex VAT, excl carriage) and more during the live period will be eligible for one reward from our Gold tier.
Customers eligible for Bronze Tier Rewards will be able to choose from one of the following rewards:

Annual order value will be based on invoiced value less any credit value during the live period, less VAT, less carriage costs.
Any orders invoiced outside the live period cannot be included in the total annual spend.

Rewards are not for resale.
Customers will receive an email in January 2024 asking them to select their reward. Customers will have until March 31st 2024 to respond to this email with their chosen reward. Reward requests cannot be processed after this date.
Rewards will be distributed to eligible customers in Q1 2024.
Experiences and rewards are subject to change. Edge Building Products cannot be held responsible for this.
In the event that a reward is no longer available or has been discontinued, Edge Building Products will reward the customer with something similar or to the same value.
Rewards are provided at the discretion of Virgin Experiences and other retailers/ suppliers, who are a separate entity to Edge Building Products.
We reserve the right to exclude any customers from Edge Rewards at our discretion.
Account customers must pay within terms in order to qualify for the rewards.
