Adapting to changes in regulations can be a bit of a headache – so we’ve put together the essential information about these new Part L changes for you.
The New Part L Regulations come into effect on 15th June 2022 – this doesn’t apply to works that are subject to building notices, full plans application or initial notices submitted before 15/06/22, providing that the site works begin within a year of the new regulations coming into effect.
