Orac Decor® coving and cornice mouldings are made from highly advanced materials, which make them resistant, lightweight, and easy to fit. These distinctive product features characterize Orac Decor® profiles from products made of  other moulding materials, such as wood, MDF or plaster. Most of Orac’s products are made from a high-quality polyurethane that allows for the intricate details and groves (thanks to Purotouch®). Some of the range is made from an extruded, impact-resistant polymer, Duropolymer®, while the more basic collection uses Durofoam®. A large number of cornice mouldings, panel mouldings and skirting are available in a flexible alternative: Orac® Flex.

The ORAC Xterio collection

The ORAC Xterio collection was born from the need for low maintenance building products for external use.  Each item is manufactured from superior quality polyurethane or Duropolymer® material.

Over the past 20 years, Orac has introduced a varying range of dentil mouldings, gallows brackets, and external cornice references with many sizes and designs to choose from. The profiles manufactured in a prefinished white (RAL 9003) but other colours are also available.

Orac’s collection of dentils has been created to conform to all popular soffit sizes and show themselves to be very versatile by being able to be installed alongside uPVC or timber.  ORAC Xterio gallows brackets work as structural load-bearing elements, whilst boasting a great UV stability which isn’t always achieved by other materials frequently used in the housing sector. Xterio products are available in a variety of sizes to fit flat top dormers, or main eaves elevations.

Orac coving, made from light, strong and durable materials, makes installation a breeze. The incorporated ‘glue grooves’ guarantee a quick and less messy glue application.

Perfectly Paintable

Orac Decor® ceiling mouldings can be painted straight away, they are supplied having already had a primer applied – all you need to do is paint them in your chosen colour to suit your interior décor.

Renovation Friendly

Orac ceiling cornices are perfect for renovation projects.  Covering any imperfections in the wall or ceiling without a trace. Flexible coving “ORAC Flex” is also available – this is ideal for projects with curved ceilings or uneven walls.

Skirting

Orac skirting boards can provide the perfect finishing touch to your interior with their stylish appearance – hiding corners and cables that you do not want on show. Cover skirtings, as the name suggests, can cover your old or damaged skirting boards. What is Duropolymer®? – it is an extruded and impact-resistant high-density polystyrene combination which is knock-proof, water-resistant and very lightweight. It can paint it the same colour the walls or highlight it by painting it a different colour. It’s ideal for use in every room: bathroom, bedroom, receptions or office spaces.
