DRTF02 dentils are installed at eaves level on homes being built to mimic Victorian detailing. These are Orac’s most popular dentils manufactured in a tough white duropolymer.

These are usually installed with the 120mm section against the wall and the 105mm length projecting along the underside of the soffit. DRTF01 dentils are typically spaced at 600mm centres, but existing dwellings may dictate otherwise. In some regions dentils may have originally been fitted in a “hit and miss” pattern. In effect there would be one dentil, a 3 inch (75mm) gap to the next one and so on around the entire building.

Each dentil should be fixed from above using a suitable screw (not supplied) prior to the roof being felt and battened. Retro-fitting on PVCu soffits can be achieved by using super glue and activator.

Note: Each DRTF02 is purely decorative. Supplied in RAL 9003 white. 10 Year Warranty (When installed in accordance with Manufacturer’s guidelines). No need to decorate.
